Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@thinshar.shop. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to your plan's features until then. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

What happens to your quota

Monthly quotas reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused explainer projects at the end of a period are not refundable and do not carry forward, because a subscription is access to the service rather than a stored balance.

Refunds

• Recurring renewals: subscription fees already charged for a completed or in-progress period are generally non-refundable, since the service was available to you.
• Accidental or duplicate charges: contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and refund a genuine duplicate or billing error.
• Service faults: if a technical fault on our side prevented you from using a paid feature for a meaningful part of a period, contact us and we will offer a fair remedy such as a credit to a future period or a partial refund.
• Statutory rights: where you have non-waivable consumer cancellation or refund rights under the law of your country of residence, those rights apply in addition to this policy.

Not satisfied with an output

Because outputs are generated drafts, the first step is to regenerate or adjust your inputs - audience, tone, format or length - which is included in your plan. If you believe the service is not performing as described, contact support and we will help.

How to request a refund

Email support@thinshar.shop from your account email with your billing details and the reason. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
