Content License
Last updated: 13 July 2026
This document sets out who owns what between you and Gist, for the content you put in and the results you get out.
Your inputs
You keep all ownership of the ideas, notes, prompts, data and files you submit ("Inputs"). You grant THINK SHARE LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and transmit your Inputs solely to operate the service and generate your results. This licence ends when your Inputs are deleted or your account is closed, except for backups pending routine deletion and records we must keep by law.
Your generated results
Subject to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, the outlines, visuals, storyboards and Share Kits generated for you ("Results") are yours to use, including commercially. You are responsible for reviewing and editing Results before use.
Your responsibility for rights and clearance
- You confirm you have the rights to any Inputs you upload.
- You are responsible for ensuring your final content does not infringe third-party copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights.
- AI-generated Results may be similar to content produced for other users; we do not warrant that Results are unique or that they can be registered or protected as your exclusive intellectual property.
No third-party brands or IP
Do not use Gist to reproduce third-party logos, brands, characters or protected works, or to imply endorsement by any third party. Templates and example imagery provided in Gist are for use within your own explainers and must not be resold as stand-alone stock assets.
Our rights
The Gist name, brand, interface, templates and software remain the property of THINK SHARE LIMITED and its licensors. Nothing here transfers ownership of the service to you.
Training
We do not use your Inputs or Results to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
